About HMI
Healing My-Marriage international Ministry, HMI is a nondenominational Marriage/ Relationship Outreach. We don’t teach or preach sectarian doctrine/dogma, rather we earnestly uphold the whole truth of the Bible. We are sent to teach, demonstrate and guide people to understand what exactly marriage is and for. How to prepare for a Godly fruitful and satisfying marital relation, and how to effectively manage marital crises. Interpreting what God expects and the place of marriage in Divine purpose and eternal plan.
The marital union we espouse is that of one man and woman. We are mission oriented and open to all faith. We’re poised to build families of God through our vertical approaches to marriage/family matters.

• To recover lost marriages , and serve as interventionist in Marriage/Family conflicts.
• To restore Family values by providing framework benchmark.
• To reconnect Families back to Christ and reinforce individual’s commitment.
• To provide parenting framework geared towards raising healthy and productive Godly children for the Kingdom and society.
To see Marriages/Families blossom, producing Godly, happy and fulfilled homes, secured and compassionate society, to the realization of the Kingdom Agenda. To have effective leaders of the right kind emerge from functional families to be key players in global affairs. To see the reproduction and perpetuation of well nurtured offspring as successors of the good parents.

We believe that a happy and functional marriage is the foundation of a happy and functional church and society. We encourage individuals to work on themselves and their marriages, as only they can bring about the change needed for a fulfilling life. No matter how long you’ve been married, there is always a higher marital life to strive for, just as there is always a higher faith experience to pursue.
Our resources, including The Understanding of Marriage and Love Portion, are designed to provide you with the knowledge and insights needed to strengthen your marriage and family life. We pray that God opens your eyes, grants you a better perspective and understanding, and gives you the willingness to abide by Divine Principles.
Our Ernest Appeal
God want to raise Kingdom Managers and Administrators. Marriage is not just for the individual’s enjoyments. God has derivative interest in our marriage. Mal.2:15; Gen.1:28. As itinerant missionaries, we wish to appeal to you, ministers, leaders of communities, NGOS and institutions to partner with us. Consider these:
- –There are so much abuses, violence in many homes to which the luster of marriage no more, leading to disinterest of the younger generation.
- –The restive youths are children of some unhappy folks.
- –The vagrant destitutes that shelter at bus stops, under bridges were siblings and parents of some folks. All these people are mostly products from dysfunctional marriages/families.
- –There is no trash in marriage. What’s damaged should be fixed.
- –Society will be safe for all if we have more healthy families.
What We Do
HMI offers 5 Do-It-Yourself (DIY) special classes designed to address different aspects of marriage, family, and personal growth.
1. I Want to Marry (IWTM) – For Singles
This class covers the why, how, what, and who of marriage. It helps singles confront fears and uncertainties about eligibility, choosing the right partner, and preparing for family life. By the end of this course, participants will be equipped to make informed decisions about marriage.
2. Healing My Marriage – For Married Couples
Marriage requires nurturing and protection, and there will be times of misunderstanding or crisis. This class offers strategies to manage marital crises, prevent future issues, and foster a healthy relationship. Participants also learn to positively engage with in-laws.
3. Single But Strong – For Divorced, Single Parents, Widows, and Widowers
This program provides support to single parents, divorced individuals, and young widows/widowers. It offers guidance on living a purposeful, dignified life and prepares those who wish to remarry.
4. Logics of Parenting – Parenting Skills and Childcare
This course equips parents and caregivers with biblical parenting skills, helping them raise children with strong moral and spiritual foundations.
5. Marriage Leadership – For Ministers, Workers, and Community Leaders
This class is tailored to community leaders and ministers, helping them develop the skills needed to counsel and lead others in marriage and family matters.
